
Japan's armed forces have shrugged off at least some of the restrictions imposed by their constitutional commitment to a solely defensive role.

Our lost diplomatic capitol and tied up military forces are missed now that tension is growing here. Or maybe I'm just an armchair geopolitical analyst.
